PROMAT – PROMASEAL® Retrofit Collars – Square Base

Square based PROMASEAL® – FC Retrofit Collar is multi purpose collar designed for use with concrete slabs, masonry and lightweight walls and lined ceilings.

The split type collar can be retrofitted where necessary. It is available in a range of sizes to suit plastic pipes up to 315mm outside diameter.

Note that PROMASEAL® -FC Retrofit Collars above 150mm have a circular base.

Description

Applications:

  • Fire Collar for plastic pipe and other service penetrations
  • Tested in walls (Plasterboard / Speedpanel / AAC / Hebel / Concrete)
  • Tested in concrete slabs
  • Tested with plasterboard ceilings

Benefits:

  • To protect pipes with nominal OD of 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 250 and 315mm
  • Tested up to 4 hrs
  • Tested with uPVC, HDPE, Raupiano, GF Cool Fit 2.0, Fastflow, Post Mix Lines, Geberit Super Tube, Triplus
  • Can be used to protect cables and lagged copper pipes
  • Wall, floor and ceiling application
  • Check the app or system certificates for specific pipe sizes tested and FRL’s achieved.
